Bible college :

"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?  Romans 10:14-15.

Go? or Send?
It is the theme of GTSSS.  It is not always easy to a poor man received clear call from the Lord to go to a Bible college, unless Bible College is in the position to meet the expenditure of food, accommodation and teaching.

In the first week of November 1995, by the Grace of the Lord, we have started our first Bible College with 15 students under a mango tree.  Their burning hearts to learn God’s word never look for a building and class rooms but, willing to sit under a mango tree on the dirty floor to learn God’s word.

  

 

That time it was just 2 months course.  Soon after their 2 months course we fasted, prayed and sent them back to their own people to establish churches among the their own community. Today most of the first batch students became pioneers of the mission work in those respective areas and each one of them established more than 10 churches.

 

Still I remember the day while first batch was under training, we had just only 2 kilos rice for 2 days which is hardly sufficient for 2 people.  For those 2 kilos rice we prayed which is sufficient for 2 people but we served for 15 students for 3 meals in each day.  By seeing a small food with our eyes, We just satisfied. Friends I am writing these words with tears in my eyes when I remember our beginning days but I never discouraged.

From that humble beginning we have trained more than 502 students to missions, from that, 350 of them are in the full time ministry.  We never had sufficient regular support for many years for this project. I can not explain with words how much difficulty we have faced to provide each and every meal for students. But we never discouraged by any mean because our destiny is not on man but on living God. I want to thank dear ones who helped some thing from their best for this project.

  1. Still there are thousand of villages never been with Gospel or single church. People says you are too late.  Today is our day to reach people for Christ.

  2. How can we reach the people unless we send some body, how can some body go unless some body send?

 

How can you be a part ?

Since, poor men who received call from the Lord they are not able to afford Bible college fees but still, they want to come to prepare themselves. In such cases  we can not run the Bible college unless we are able to provide food, shelter, and teaching in free of cost.  Therefore we request for your genuine prayers and supports for this project. 

(A)     To support a Bible College student Rs. 1500 per month (US $37/18 pounds/37 Euro)

(B)     To support a group of 50 students for one year course Rs. 9,00,000/- (US $22500/11250 pounds/22500 Euro)

(C)     When a newly graduated new pastor going out into mission field to establish church, there is no believer, no church but they

         have to start their own mission. We have to support them at least for 5 years Rs.2000, (US $50/30Pounds /50Euro) per month.

 

Our Future plans :

 

At present we are having three branches as on 1st February 2006,  but in the future we are planning to start Bible colleges in 5 different regions.  We don’t have any permanent Bible college building so far, but we are praying and trusting the Lord for his time for permanent Bible college building. But it doesn’t stop our vision to train up people for missions.
